Get Paid To Buy A Home

With FSBO's Online you actually get paid to buy your home. If you use FSBO's Online as your real estate broker to purchase a home, or if you allow FSBO's Online to connect you to another REALTOR in your area, FSBO's Online will actually pay you.

Here is how it works. You fill in the form below, telling us what you are looking for in a home, and what area (any where in the US). If we have an agent that services that area, that agent will contact you with information on homes that fit your criteria. If we do not have an agent that services that area, we will find an agent outside of our company to assist you in the purchase of a home.

Working with one of our agents. If you work with one of our agents you can get some of their buyer's side commission, with a buyers brokerage agreement, pre-approval from a lender and if we take you to view 10 or less homes.

We will review your needs and wants with you, after that we will set it up so that you receive daily updates of all the homes that meet your criteria, these updates will include photos and addresses so that you may drive by the homes at your leisure and visit open houses at your leisure. Once you narrow down the available properties, we will set appointments to view them together. Then once you have made your final choice, we will help you with your offer, negotiations, closing coordination and accompany you to closing. We can even help you get your loan.

If you purchase your home through us and meet the requirements stated above we will give you some of our buyer's side commission (when allowed by the lender, if not allowed by the lender, we will negotiate with the seller to reduce our commission and apply that to the purchase price or closing costs).

Here is how much you can get back from us:

1/4 of our selling commission.

An example: a $200,000 home. The seller is offering 3% commission for the buyer's side commission. That means FSBO's Online, LLC would be paid $6,000, and $1,500 of that would go to you.

Why do we give you money back? Well, two reasons, one, we want your business, and two, because we work more efficiently we pass the time savings on to you.

We only work with VERY serious buyers, so if you want to work with us, you need to be pre-approved/pre-qualified. Get started by getting pre-qualified if you aren't already. Then fill in the form below with your home needs, and we will get started.

Working with an agent outside of our company. If you work with the agent we referred you to, we get a referral fee from that agent after you close. We will give you half of whatever we receive.

States that do not allow Real Estate Rebates; Alabama, Alaska, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Oregon.  In addition Iowa prohibits rebates when the customer uses the services of two or more brokers during a real estate transaction.
