Let us connect you with an agent in your area (if we don't service your area), and if you successfully buy or sell a home with that agent we will pay you!

Here is how it works:

If we connect you with an agent in your area and you successfully buy or sell your home through that agent within 12 months of the referral, we get paid a referral fee. We will then give you 1/2 of the referral fee we collect.

Example:

You buy (or sell) a home for $200,000. The referred to agent collects 3% commission ($6,000). We collect a 25% referral fee of $1,500. We will then send you a check for $750 just for letting us help you find a qualified agent in your area.

We also request that you fill out a satisfaction survey on your agent, so that we can insure we only refer out to the best agents.
