FSBO's Online, LLC works with mostly For Sale By Owners who would like increased exposure for their home, but cannot afford to pay a full listing commission. Often times our sellers are successful in selling their home, but there are occasions when our sellers are not successful, and would like to work with a Full Service real estate broker.

If one of our sellers lists with a Full Service agent we refer them to, we refund them their money after we receive the referral fee from the referred to broker.

We also have many buyers who contact us regarding the homes we have for sale who would like to work with an agent to assist them in finding their next home.

We receive a tremendous amount of leads and have found ourselves in a position where we cannot service them all at the level they should be serviced.

All of the referrals are of buyers and sellers that have directly contacted either our company or one of our agents for more information about one of our listings or real estate services.

There is no risk with our referrals, unlike those pay for lead companies, because if you don't close on the transaction, you pay nothing at all. And the less we have done for you, the less referral fee you pay after closing.

We have a 3-level referral system:

Level One Referrals: 5% Referral Fee

These are web and phone inquiries mostly from areas outside of our service area. We have done little follow up if any with these buyers and sellers. We will provide you with any information that was provided to us by the buyer/ seller, we will also inform you of any follow up if any that has been done with these buyers/sellers.

Level Two Referrals: 15% Referral Fee

These are mostly web and phone inquiries from areas outside of our service area. We have followed up with them via email or telephone. They are looking to buy or sell in the next 12 months (according to them). We will provide you with any information that was provided to us by the buyer/seller, we will also inform you of any follow up that has been done with these buyers/sellers.

Level Three Referrals: 25% Referral Fee

These are mostly web and phone inquiries from areas outside of our service area. We have followed up with them via email or telephone. They have specifically asked to be connected with a realtor in their area. They are looking to buy or sell in the next 12 months (usually sooner). We will provide you with any information that was provided to us by the buyer/seller, we will also inform you of all of the follow up that has been done with these buyers/sellers. Buyers at this level will have filled out a VIP Home Search Form, which tells you the criteria they are looking for.
